Refund and Returns Policy

t YourSkill Photographic, we strive to make every creative collaboration transparent, fair, and satisfying. Each image we process receives personal attention and precise craftsmanship โ€” yet we understand that digital work is subjective, and sometimes adjustments or refunds may be needed. Our refund and return policy exists to protect both your expectations and our professional standards.

All our services, including photo retouching, enhancement, restoration, and color correction, are digital. This means that the work is delivered electronically and does not include any physical shipment. Because of the creative nature of our services, each order is approached individually, and we always aim to ensure that the final result fully matches the description, examples, and goals agreed upon with the client.

If for any reason the delivered work does not meet your expectations, we are happy to make corrections and improvements. You may request revisions within seven days after delivery โ€” we provide up to two complimentary adjustments to fine-tune lighting, color balance, texture, or any other agreed detail. If deeper artistic changes are requested beyond the original concept, a small additional fee may apply, which will always be discussed beforehand.

In certain situations, a refund may be issued. Full refunds are possible if the service has not yet begun or if the order was cancelled before editing started. Partial refunds can be arranged if the work was partially completed and the client decides not to continue. A full or partial refund may also be granted if the final result does not correspond to the description, reference, or sample that was originally approved, even after reasonable revision attempts. Refunds can also be provided if the files were not delivered due to technical errors or missed deadlines without mutual agreement to extend the timeframe.

To initiate a refund, please contact us within ten days after receiving your final files and describe your concern in detail. Every request is reviewed individually by our support team, and we typically provide a response within three business days. If the refund is approved, funds will be returned via the same payment method used for purchase, usually within five to seven business days.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued once the final files have been confirmed as approved or downloaded by the client, or if dissatisfaction is based solely on changes in creative preference after the project was completed according to the original brief. Refunds also cannot be processed if the client provided incomplete or inaccurate input materials that directly affected the outcome.
